I looked at some photos of me...And I was shocked.
Completely shocked.
I think I have gained 20 pounds... I am actually chubby now.
I never thought it'd reach this point in my life.
I know weight and appearance doesn't mean everything. It does not at all.
But it concerns me.
So I am on a missions to lose 15 pounds. Currently I weigh around 125. Minus 15 equals 110.
So, I guess my "goal weight" is 110 lbs.
Rules for losing weight:
Breakfast- should be no more than one serving and a fruit along with milk or orange juice.
Lunch- Salad and fruit or something healthy
Dinner- SMALL
Also, some form of exercise everyday!!!!
I CAN DO IT!! Through self control and discipline.
